Quick Notes program of some type that will let you save the note or pin it to your desktop, is there such a thing?

It's skinnable and there are a lot of decent skins available.

QuickNotes only allows me to make one note not multiple notes, other then that it is a nice little app

Only one I can think of is Aversoft Sticker (But it's not freeware) http://www.aversoft.com

Oh there's also Enotes and Boxnotes, which are both freewared They only display one note window, but they support multiple notes in them by clicking a note number on the window. I don't have the links for them, unfortunately.
