I also had a error which crashed my windows 8.1 and I had to restore my windows 8.1
Did not work for me on Windows 7 64bit, brand new PC, spent an hour trying to sort it out, but problems on booting up, Windows Explorer, could not do much, clicking on start and the shortcuts on the desktop did not come up, taskbar there but could not click on shortcuts either, eventually managed to remove it and it all booted up ok, really frustrating.
window blinds ver 8 but not .06 does crash on approx every third startup. win 7 64 bit. SKS8 crashing everytime on startup , so i have to use SKS7.4.
After seeing how buggy the new skinstudio 8 is, i didn`t update window blinds. Do have vaild license and bought it correctly ( ~10 USD ! a fair price but not cheap)
