Hi I just tried only to find that my PC wasn't powerful enough to handle this rather simple-looking prototype.

And yes, the funds are so tight and resources are scarce, it's so hard to live on Mars.

Really need to get round to picking this up but my funds are really tight, if it is something playable (??  ) then I may have to dig deep into the piggy bank as it sounds awesome (or easily promising enough in concept to make testing interesting ).

Looking at that blog, keys are distributed on Mondays, but I seem to have missed out on that, which is odd.

They're sending out batches of keys every Monday. So you'll have to see if you make the next "batch".

note that it's a prototype. So if you thought the Galciv3 alpha was "rough around the edges", this is likely more along the lines of "a barbed wire fence laced with cobra venom". Keep your expectations in check.

So when it says "play the prototype NOW", it really meant "play it whenever you happen to be lucky enough to get a key"?  Hahaha.  Oh well, no worries.  Pretty excited to see how it looks, though.

did you get the NDA today as well? My free key appears to have disappeared into the ether of manual verification at the stardock store, but atleast my key appears to be working. 

Yeah I got it exactly 11 minutes after posting.

Amom: They only send them out once a week.  I'm told on Mondays.

Also, I'm pinback from the Star Ruler 2 chat.  Saw you there last night!  We run in the same circles, it seems.
