BTW, if you go into the Settings for the Discussion board you can change how many messages you would like to display per page by changing the "Display Maximum of X message replies".

Um... as far as users feeling oriented I would go for the later of your options (showing the maximum possible posts) and then paging back from that. It is easier to adapt to, I think.

I'd like to be able to set it to display the last three comments at all times, instead of going to just the very last one. I think it would be more coherent that way. (don't mess with this, Jobe)

I would prefer it display the last page of posts, if they care to go back to where they were, they can always page back.

BTW, I am seeing only a couple of posts per page while my options were set to 100. I'm guessing I'm only seeing posts after the one I most recently responded to, but I would like to see everything on the last page of posts.

I would, but they don't seem to do too many political game shows A couple weeks ago in an online contest I correctly named about 70 countries and their leader's full names that's the kind of trivia I'm into.
