How do I change the icons with Window Blinds??!!!???!!!

windowblinds settings can be found in IE File menu > Tools > Webblind settings
There is a list of icons available in the drop down list.
Also in IE next to the Back button if you click on the chevron it will have Webblind settings there also.

You can´t change the Desktop icons with WindowBlinds. To do that
you need IconPackager, another product of Stardock.

Me thinks I read the entire question wrong.
Webblinds and WIndowblinds look the same before coffee c(_)
