Cursor Trouble

How do you go about installing the cursors in your operating system once you have downloaded them from this site? - If anybody could help me it would be much appreciated.

Are you referring to CursorXP cursors (a stardock program) or just the regular Windows cursors?

If you dl'd theme as a .curXPtheme file, you can just double click on them.

You can also move the file into the /cursorXP/themes folder and then load them from the main CursorXP configuration menu.

When I double-click on the .curXptheme file, Windows is telling me that it doesn't know what program to use to open it.

I am also having trouble with the logon screens.

I am trying to put copperdeck II skins on my system

, one thing at a time (besides, I don't use WinXP, so I know nothing about logons)

Ok, if you are getting that error, that mean that you have not installed CursorXP... try here: https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorxp/

If you have done this, the installation did not go well , try re-installing, try uninstalling, wiping everything and re-installing.

You could also try re-downloading the application file.
