windows xp logon

i would like to know, when i download one of the "logon" themes, what folder do i put it in in order for me to get it to work, or what program would i need on order to get this to work?

Logon XP that should do it.... www.logonxp.net... or .com maybe... I don't remember... but it's a stardock app.... works great...
