purchased renewal now "No registrations found" when clicking my downloads

I have also purchased ObjectDock Plus which I got in 2012 (found receipt), cursor fx and soundpackager (can't find receipt for) which aren't showing up in the list

ok I have kinda worked this out?

I have 2 accounts registered under the same email

is it possible to merge both accounts into 1?

I only remember creating one account but I seem to get 2 different accounts using the same email

sometimes it logs into the new renewal account and sometimes the old

I merged the accounts for you and sorted out your registration. You should be good to go now.
