What file ext are these? Desktop etc? I cannot open up a file that I have downloaded?

Someone please help me with what file I need to open these ext's up? I have downloaded one of the desktop themes and when I try to open it, it tells me that it does not recognize the file. What do I need to download to help me with opening these up? Thanks

Whatever section that you downloaded from, go back to it and look at the top of that column. Thats what you will need.
