"Sigh".....are you a registered user or just visiting?
The usual problem, as more people log into Wincusto the subscribers are more likely to be placed ahead of the casual visitors.
Do yourself a favour, subscribe to Wincusto for $20 (I think that's still 2 years?) and you won't have a problem.

I'm having the same problem -- I'm level 3, cross referenced to Stardock, and am getting the "Server Too Busy" error message.

In short: It's broken, please fix it!

I'm having the same problem as well -- I'm level 3, cross referenced to Stardock, and am getting the "Server Too Busy" error message.

Do yourselves a favor, and honor your own categories of use, please ...

"If you are already a WinCustomize Subscriber or Stardock customer you can remove this
restriction by cross referencing your Stardock Customer account with your
account at WinCustomize. Click here to cross reference your accounts. "

I did. It didn't (Level 3 now however).

Did you also log out and back into Wincustomize? Or just close your browser and re-open it?

You may also want to try deleting the wincustomize cookie in case something in there is confusing things.

Has anyone tried logging out, deleting WC cookies (there are at least two IIRC), clearing the browser cache (TIF), closing the browser, reopening and logging in again?

It's certainly worth a try. Once I couldn't access the site at all. Did the deal above and voila, it worked. If that doesn't work, then email the WC site admin/support and they can look up your info and see what's up.

Says level 2. What happens when you enter in your email address here: https://www.stardock.com/support

Is it able to find it?

I followed the instructions to the letter and I had not one single problem of any kind.
Of course, that was several weeks ago, but I don't see why anything should be significantly different now.
IMHO

I logged into my account at my workplace with no problem, but every time I tried to view the Wallpaper section, got a message about needing to cross-reference my account with Stardock (which has already been done)... Now I'm able to view the same section from home.

Is it the different IP address that caused this?

Site cookies may be the issue. Delete all WC cookies and cache on your work pc and see if that helps.
