How do you change a skin in XP??"?

If I download a new skin (file extention WBA file) how does change it in XP to reflect the new choice? I go to control panel to change the theme but it will not recognize the file extention WBA. Some hekp??? Thanks in advance. Paul

well my englsih sux.

i use stylexp have copyed that ultraviolet into wimdows/resources/themes.

still dont work

can someone plz tell me what to do.
