Erassment/crossreference/ why?

This is really annoying. When you do your thing, like sign your cross refernce you still can't download. Instead they say "BUY IT"

I agree......... that many angry faces IS stupid.

Did you cross reference your WC account email with the email you used to purchase your Stardock stuff?

Just a thought. I've on occasion had some problems with the site, although not that one. So far my problems have been fixed if I log off and then delete the WC cookies, close browser and then reopen and go back and log on. This may not have anything to do with your issue, but it's worth a shot.

I agree with sig, that does work well sometimes! But you have to do a search and make sure that you delete all of the cookies.
