Does Icon Packager allow one to seperate and manipulate icons individually or does it handle everything in a group?

booth, it is designed to insatll in packs, but you can asign Icons individualy aswell.

Somehow IP just appears minimized all the time. Why is that? I'm running XP Pro.

Icon Packager does not need to keep running in order for it to work. You run Icon Packager and make the changes you prefer, save and exit the program. Windows retains the settings.
