how to install a sysmetrix

can anybody tell me what i have to do to install a sysmetrix, i already installed windowsblind, but it isn't clear to me how to insert a metrix,

i downloaded a zip file "windows", when i extract it i have 4 bitmaps and 1 wba file

what do i have to do now?
