how do i install themes?

i downloaded one and i click on the install icon on winzip and it opens my screensaver settings, can someone help???

and another question, will xp themes work on win 2000 pro?

About the XP themes........if you mean WindowBlinds, with XP features, yes they will work, but the start menu will not be skinned.You can use Objectbar to read WB skins to imitate the XP start menu.
CursorXP wll also work on W2k.

Add-ons are usually icons that are not supported by IconPackager. IP only changes system icons, or the most common icons... Add-ons need to be changed manually which can be a huge job depending on how many you have!
