subscribed - logged in - but no download possible

Hi,

I'm a subscriber of wincustomize. When I'm logged in and then try to download any skin I always get the message, that I have to create an account. This is when I'm using IE. With Skinbrowser I always get damaged files (30 kB of 6 MB or something)!! Only with Opera I'm able to download something.
Using WinXP Prof.

hello Zaphod 42,sorry,that soundz like a drag.T-Man needs to see your post and problem and I'll bet he's off till monday.Have you cross-referenced your Stardock account with the email address you used when purchasing?

I used the same email address. The first time after subscribing everything was fine, but since ~1 week it is not working. And with Opera it _is_ working... Something with IE?

Interesting:
when I download something with Skinbrowser (logged in) I recieve a file with 60kB instead of some MB. When I rename this file from *zip or *theme to *.html and open it, it is the website from wincustomize with the text

"In order to download files from WinCustomize.com [...]
Click Here to Sign up for your Free Account now!"

But no problems with opera...

At least, I solved the problem. Very stupid IE-problem:
In IE menu item internet settings just delete all cookies and all temporary files (are the names correct in english IE?). Restart IE, log into wincustomize and....evrything works fine. With IE and with SkinBrowser.
