Cross referencing

Everytime I go to download something, it tells me to please cross reference my account with the stardock account. I do this. They email me and tell me it is done. Then the next time I go to download, it does this again. Am really getting fed up with it. What is the prob?

Could be a cookie related problem, or maybe not.

Do a search for all files named *wincustomize*.txt and delete them.
It's bound to be a cookie thing...

checked cookies and none called wincustomize.txt. only wincustomize.com. Thanks anyway.

Delete those........ They are the one and the same.

Be sure to close your browser and reopen it, after you've deleted the cookies....

Michelle...the '*' in '*wincustomize*.txt' means 'wildcards'. Every file with 'wincustomize' in the tital that is a cookie needs to be removed.
You need a wildcard search, or simply browse with a filemanager and seek them out manually...
