This may not help a lot and you may have already come across it John. CarGuy 1 has a couple of replies that looks like they may offer some information.
Man... spent last day just going to town...in learning mode..

WindowBlinds Master in Dream mode. Awesome!
I use them occasionally, letting them run for awhile when I'm not playing in PS. Takes up a lot of cpu, sometimes as high as 35%.
John, let me know if you need some help or assistance.
Oh, and I still use them. 
I use Dreams. But I prefer video Dreams, or hybrid Dreams.
Not much on the animated jpg. Dreams.
