instalin a theme

Nothing on this site is StyleXP related. For the .obpack to work you'll need Objectbar https://www.stardock.com/products/objectbar/

That is not a style XP theme. That is an object bar theme and requires objectBar. That particular theme mimics the XP start menu and task bar of TreeTog's WindowBlinds theme. You would use the ObjectBar program to use it.

However, from what I can tell, that theme is really meant for folks who don't have Windows XP and want that type of startbar.

If you are running XP, then I think you'd be better off using The CopperDesk II window blinds theme (which you can find under the WindowBlinds section). You'll need the WindowBlinds program to use it though: http://www.windowblinds.net

If you are not using WinXP then you should use WindowBlinds AND ObjectBar.

WindowBlinds is used to skin the windows (taskbars, scrollbars and so on). It'll also skin the XP start menu and task bar.

OBjectBar is a startbar replacement. You can create all sorts of bars and docks with it. However, it has the ability to mimic the Windows XP start menu and task bar, which is very handy for people like me who want that look but don't have Windows XP.

i installed blinds but when i say "add" it doesnt reconize the obpack file?????

that style is so wicked...all i wanna do is install it jeeez

You're almost there. Don't use the obpack which is a skin for Objectbar. You're using WindowBlinds which skins the windows,taskbars AND the start menu and taskbar. the skin you want is this one:

For the icons, you'll want to download and install Icon Packager (look for the help/about link in the icon packager secton of the library). And apply this set of icons using Icon Packager: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=copperdeck&sort=updatedate&order=Descending&library=2

ok i used window blinds and installed the theme but everything was cool excpet for the taskbar it didnt load so i had to use objectbar to load the taskbar? so everything is cool now but i still got a problem....lets say i click on my computer the menu's on the left (details amd other places..etc) still has the blue Xp colour asnd that clashes with the organe rusty colour big time...

do u understand what i mean....i can prnt scrn and show u tha image.....plus i wanna download that clock but i cant when i go to the website and try download the page is full of funny writing...dunno what it is...

any ideas..
