Not happy. I have a laptop that I have to redo every 45 to 90 days because of software testing. I bought Start8. Awesome program but, without knowing it, they have a set number of times you can install the program that you paid cash for. I had a notice that popped up telling me to E-mail them to have the installation number reset and they tell me I've installed it enough times and I'm basically out of luck. I have dealt with software companies who's software costs as much as high-end cars and they'll reset these numbers usually without a single question. But this silly little company will not do so. Talk about ridiculous. Stardock has just lost a customer and I'll make sure they lose more because who wants to buy something and not get to keep it when they keep your cash?
