Mississippi Shakedown.....Mississippi Jeff Cripps

Cripps is an Australian exponent of slide guitar and was largely influenced by the music of Elmore James...the 12 tracks are written by cripps and are hard rocking stuff that's intended to be played loudly, if not louder. Excellent stuff if ya can get a hold of it....Cripps recorded, produced and released the album himself, so how many copies are out there I dunno. However, his website, WWW Link has a more info and a contact link.

When I'm out cruising around with the pedal to the metal...no pun intended...its anything classic rock, including but not limited to. LedZepplin, Kingdom Come, Queensryche, Metalica, Aerosmith, RTZ, Dream Theater, Judas Priest, Cream, Mountain, Trapeze, Small Faces...and the list goes on.

When I'm at home mellowing out...Peter White, Acoustic Alchemy, Chris Botti, Mindi Abair, Candy Dulfur, Keiko Matsui, Warren Hill, Soul Ballet, Boney James, Tommy Emmanuel, Eric Marienthal, Everette Harp, Earl Klugh, Joyce Cooling, Rick Braun...basically anything nice and mellow...no lyrics...just music!

Ministry should only be played at extremely high volume

When I'm really pisssed, depressed or lacking in motivation, I put on the 1812 Overture at extremely high volume...seems to lift my spirits and soon I'm back on track.

Right now....Big, Big Trouble (Heartless) by our very own Po` Smedley.

People might wanna hit me, but.....

I've got an evil lawyer relative who ain't scared ta use a tommy gun if ya do and the courts don't award me appropriate damages plus reconstructive surgery.

Oh, and liposuction to go with that face lift to restore me to my former, youthful self.
