Jafo it's not a real word. It's a made up word from a movie staring Jule Andrews as a Nanny. However, a made up word is a word. It did have meaning in the movie, so therefor we must assume that there is a meaning to it. Now, I can't thing of the movie title but it also starred Dick Van Dyke. Help, I can't remember the title.
