Browser doesn't create new threads...

Whenever I try and create a new thread in Browser all I get is an error message. I end up going to the web page to create - no biggie but I would like to know if this is a correctable problem.

Nope, just tried again and it still doesn't work. Here's the error message:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: '[string: ""]'

/browser/sb_msgboard.asp, line 99

Anyone seen T-Man?

Fuzzy, I'm going to take a wild guess that in part its a cookie related issue. Please click on the following link to delete your wincustomize cookies:

https://www.wincustomize.com/killcookies.asp

Just to make sure, also logoff within the WinCustomize Browser. Then relogon. Hopefully after you relogon with fresh new cookies all will be fine.
