Logons problem

I can't get logons to work. I download the logon theme. Double click thus opening the program. Then nothing. IT doesn't add the theme or even apply it to my login screen. Any help is greatly appreciated.

When this happens, open the LogonXP folder. Look for a folder with the same name as the Logon in question. Open that folder, and double click the file inside. The Logon should now appear in the list.

duuuh........I mean the LogonStudio folder.
