making logons.

i'm pretty new at this so if someone can help that would be great. how do you make logons and what programs do you need to make it? and also... are there and tutorials on how to make it?

for starters there's logon studio https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/. While you are at it, you can customize everything to match it with objectdesktop. https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/
