Glassy Windowblind?!?

Is there a windowblind out there, that has a glassy feel to it. Like along the start bar, or around the edges, if so please let me know.

Glass Factory,Globes By Jim,Graf,Lightblue for example alot of them have glass taskbar buttons.

I know there are many who look like glass, but there isnt any with a true glass, clear , finish. Like a glass border, or the like!! >

try doing a search for Gel
or Blue gel
i downloaded those.
they look glassy but there was something about it that i didn't quite like.
don't remember what.
