How to Install an Icon Package

Two questions, please:
1) Using White Glass, the shortcut overlay continues to be the standard W98 black arrow regardless of what I try. How can I fix this to the blue Icon Packager overlay?
2) When trying to download additional packages I get zip files with icons and not Icon Packages, so Icon Packager cannot "Install New Package" since it is looking for a package and not lots of icons. How do I do this correctly?

1.... Open Iconpackager dialog........select Icons and Cursors..........Others tab. You can change the sortcut overlay there. If you've already tried this...... I dunno.

2.... The IP file is probably inside the zip. Extract it to your themes folder.

oops........ I didn't read number 2 correctly. If you're downloading icons that are not in the Iconpackager format, you'll have to apply them one at a time, or build your own IP file.
