You'll have to be more specific, I don't have a clue what you mean.

Shellstyle.dll is what controls the 'common tasks' panel in XP folder views. Right now Windowblinds doesn't touch this. So it loads the luna shellstyle located in C:\WINNT\Resources\Themes\Luna\Shell\NormalColor\. This can be replaced (but not easily) with a modified shellstyle.dll.

.dll files can be modified using a utility such as Resource Hacker. Such edits are not to be taken lightly however. If you wish to undertake them be sure to back-up your original files should it not go as planned. You'll encounter some hassle replacing these system files since Windows does a pretty good job of protecting itself. I usually just boot into Safe Mode with DOS prompt and use DOS syntax commands to replace the file(s).

Good Luck - If you're patient, Stardock is planing to include shellstyle skinning in future relases of Windowblinds. No prediction as to when though...

Now that's what I call an educated response! Well done, Dangeruss.

You could try this.......
Open the WB Config dialog, go to Settings.
Under "Enhance Desktop elements" uncheck "Use Windows XP style explorer bars" Apply changes. Now the common tasks panel will use the color scheme of the WB skin.

Didn't seem to work for me (first try). I'll keep farting around with it.

IIRC, unchecking that option will make it use the white/gray resources rather than the blue Luna look.

The first WindowBlinds 4 alphas will include support for creating your own custom shellstyles. RSN now...

It's not white/gray on my machine. It matches whatever skin I use. Have a look......... http://koasati.net/images/wb_ct_ss.jpg
