If you had read his notes on the first Icon package that he made, you might have noticed that he is thanking APB for her help. You might nicely send her an E-Mail asking for his address. But panic posting here will probibly not help you much. So slow down for a moment and think about your question.

Actually I just got a thank you E-Mail from him. I think new and confused are more than likely the culprit here. He just needs to come out of Warp and take a deep breath. I don't think many of us besides Jafo were born with Netiquette

I don't think it was a double post by accident, considering that both of the topics had different content in them. Besides that, he also posted another topic as well, entitled "eed i need to talk to eed does anybody know his email add". And after that, he made this post.
However, perhaps you're right and he's simply unaware of proper netiquette.
