Several of us have downloaded this without issue. As always, please try to be more specific. Are you getting an error? What link are you downloading from?
Clicking on it takes me to the Windowblinds Last Updated page.
The problem I see using IE 10 is that when I go to the WindowBlinds gallery and click on the Tanipal skin it doesn't take me to the download page. Tanipal was but is no longer showing it the New section on the WC Homepage. The Icon Packager does show in the New section and clicking on it takes you to a download page.

Same here, using IE8, IE9 and Chrome.
Stardock ForumsIt was apparently updated, so that's why it wouldn't download. It should be public again.
I dl'd the blind more than an hour ago without any problems. Using Chrome.
Yes, had to fix a few minor problems. Updated. Sorry for the delay folks.
