wincustomize related site, would you been intrest?

At the moment i am setting up a server, i have some plans for building a site, that looks a bit like wincustomize.
People who can upload their art into int and so on...
I am now looking for some good applications that you can download from there, (like cursor xp, desktop X, but then that aren't on wincustomize).
It isn't mean as a concurent for wincustomize, how ever it would be good.
Are there any sugestions for names or ideas?

Most ppl have the Microsoft Office products installed when they buy their PCs .
FrontPage is a good WYSIWYG prog. for making websites but doesn't have very good themes.
Looking for FP themes I found that they are mostly commercial so I decided to make some and put online for download.
I started making them and then got sidetracked with windowblinds. I would like to finish the ones I did start (half doz.) and put them somewhere besides my site which no one goes to.
