You can do a print screen from icon packager and bring it into your paint program, then save it as a jpeg.

Yes, but it depends on how he made them and what paint program he did them in.

Ok, good point. I thought there was a stardock program that made icons, guess not. Shows how much I pay attention to icons eh?
