User Levels???

go into edit your account and select cross reference your Stardock account to WC. that should do it

There have been some previous threads of people having a bit of trouble with that today,,so if you do encounter problems just remember all the new upgrades are just now starting to hum as far as I can tell.So there may be a longer wait to cross-reference.I dunno,just guessin here.

Not a problem with OD, but with WC Browser Subscription.

I started with WB 1.x and upgraded to OD in October of last year. Renewed my subscription last month, subscribed to WC Browser this morning (Sat.) and just found out today about cross-referencing with my account at Stardock. Dumb me, I would have thought it to be automatic.

I cross referenced my account and my user level is still 2. Aren't there any moderators here who could help? Who can you contact for help? I don't see any contact info on this site. Please help, because I heard the higher level you are, the easier it is for you to DL. I cant DL much under user level 2.

digitaldevil: click the 'about' link in the options section of the left column, about halfway down.

p.s. I noticed that the user screenshots are all broken for me right now, so they may be working with the accounts, or having problems with the related hardware.

Yes, some server issues were causing problems with cross referencing. The problem has been fixed. If you are not currently a User Level 4 (check your account profile) then you may need to either re-cross reference or simply logoff and then log back on again.

I already re-cross referenced 3 times and that doesn't seem to work. And when I hit logoff, all that seems to do is refresh the page, but it still says welcome citizen digitaldevil on the top. So I guess it didn't really log me off. Anything else I can try? Please don't leave me stranded..hehe This stinks because Im still at level 2 and have no seniority with Dls and I cant DL a thing. Without being able to DL anything, its almsot a waste of money. Please help. Thanks!

Oh, I also forgot. Where do I go to check my user level again?
