ok i downloaded it (sysmetric)..... now what? i still dodnt know what to do to start it up cause i cant find the exe file to strt up the program

Double click the .msi file. This should launch the windows installer. This is stated on the download page.

After it's installed, goto start/programs/sysmetrix and click on the shortcut to run it. If you want it to always run on startup, check that box in the preferences.
