error: failed to parse filename from url

I am sure it has come up before on this board, but I can't remember the solutions.
While I was trying to find answers in the chat, this error keeps popping up with the 2 updated works I submitted. When I click on download in the skinbrowser it pops up the error message, and the status is queued, while the target stays blank. If I rightclick and choose the download option again it downloads something. Applying will return the error message: file format not valid. What have I done wrong

Hopefully this should be fixed now. To my knowledge this bug was only occuring when you attempted to downlad an item that was in your search section. Some data was missing in the search results which has now been corrected. New searches from this point on should work properly.
