Il a voulu aller se faire couper les cheveux avant de faire monter ses baggage.

That should do it

hey alexandrie u can add ONE more verb to ur sentence i think.

Il a voulu pouvoir se faire couper les cheveux avant d'aller à son rendez-vous.
he wanted to be able to cut the hair before going to his appointment...
so i think someone is trying to force him to go without cutting his hair
i feel whether 'SE' is necessary or not. anyway thanks everyone!

Here you go, one sentence, six verbs:

Ils ont essayé de me convaincre d'aller me faire couper les cheveux.

how about this paxx...

Ils ont voulu pouvoir essayer de me convaincre d'aller me faire couper les cheveux.

also how about this. i think it would NOT be correct if u add the verb falloir.

Ils ont fallu vouloir pouvoir essayer de me convaincre d'aller me faire couper les cheveux.

it was necessary to want to be able to convince me to go to cut my hair...
not bad

Hum, not really. Hehehe!
The first sentence is iffy. Although "correct" in the form, it makes little sense. Not the kind of sentence you're likely to say or write in your lifetime.
The second sentence is not correct. How about:
Il leur aurait fallu vouloir essayer de me convaincre d'aller me faire couper les cheveux.
(It would have been necessary for them to want to try to convince me to go get my hair cut.)
