I have been having some big problems with my computer latly with this stuff and I'm not familiar with any of this stuff on how to get skins

In the display properties of the control panel there is an appearance tab which has all the WB skins you have downloaded. WB has default skins so there should be a short list there. Find the skin you want and click apply.

If that doesn't work then turn WB on from the start menu and try again.

You can also right click the WB icon on the taskbar and in properties choose a skin from there.

One more suggestion......... right click WB icon in systray and choose help......read.....
