I am a lever 2 user, and I can't download anything. It keeps telling me that the server is too busy, and if I want it not to be busy, I should register/cross reference my accounts, which have been done. Any suggestions? Thanks very much.

Could be you've reached your download limit or the site is busy and you've been put in a queue. That can happen if you're only level 2.

its not that I have reached my limit, I haven't been able to download anything at all, so it must be its busy, although I can't see how it would be that busy for three days.
