WC Browser *what the heck???*

I just bought a 2 year subscription, downloaded the browser, and installed.

It immediately said my subscription had expired and asked me if I wanted to renew.

Ha ha...it's all a conspiracy...all users on this site are actually bots created soley to get you to buy the subscription....Stardock has invested over 1 million dollars developing the various bot personalities (the aafus personality was the most advanced piece of code development ever attempted...needs more work). Now that you have purchased the WC browser, the plan is complete...

I wonder who they'll pick on next.....

Just kidding...Go to the Stardock site https://www.stardock.com/support/ and enter your e-mail address. You should get a message with a link to download the latest version.

Hmmmm...sounds strange....I've not experienced this problem, so I can't be of any help. Sorry...

Oh well, even though I got that message when I started the program everything's working perfectly now. *shrug*

Probably just a code fragment from way back when

You certainly have your share of problems, Jobe.

Jobeleca,

You must be using the same account on WinCusotmize as you purchased the skinbrowser with. Otherwise the skinbrowser is not going to know who you are. If you used different accounts (email addresses) then you need to cross reference you accounts. If all that is fine then simply logoff WinCustomize and relogon so it can update your cookies. Then all should be fine.

My accounts were long since cross referenced and I did use the same email address. I know the database side is working because I went up to user level 4 as soon as I purchased the subscription.

*sigh* I know I have more than my share of problems, but only until winter Once winter break comes I'm wiping my computer and starting from scratch.

Well, I've opened and closed the browser several times since I started this thread. That message only appeared the first time I started the browser, but it hasn't reappeared. Good enough for me.
