What program do I use to open the WinStyles with?

Sorry, I'm a bit noob at this. How do I open the SUITE files?
Is it any special program I need, or am I a total jerk?

Yes, you need Winstyles.

Note that Winstyles is only a convenient way to package a suite that includes multilpe skins and themes for different programs. You still need the appropriate programs the said skins and themes are made for (example Windowblinds, IconPackager, Objectbar, etc.). You may want to consider upgrading to the whole Object Desktop suite of programs. It's a lot cheaper than buying all the programs seperatly.
