Helping someone that is a beginner in skinning

Does anyone have any websites that would help me get started in skinning?
I have the right tools but am a little confused on how to make WB or CoolPlayer skin or SysMetric etc.

There is a mighty fine and easy to understand tut for Coolplayer on the Coolplayer main site -> http://www.daansystems.com
For WB there are heaps of good tuts but there im not the correct one to answer which is the best or where they are. (im no "WBer" if you catch my drift)
SysMetrix is a pretty new tool so I actually don't think anyone has made any tuts yet... but they will entually come, be sure of that!!

The main Stardock WB tutorial is at www.windowblinds.net/skinning/ - as Snowman says, there are many more around (some are even quite good) - but the above should give you the basics.
