How do i change the XP's recycle bin icon? Do i need a software or something? Please share your knowledge.

With Icon Packager you can customize all you icons, but for recycle bin only - go to Display properties/ Desktop and choose "Customize Desktop".

Why do they call it a recycle bin? Is the data being recycled?
