My scroll bar wont change.

When I download a skin everthing will change except the scroll bar. It will change the color but not the shape. I like to kmow how to get it to change.

Are you using the registered version of WindowBlinds? I don't believe that the trial version will skin the scrollbars. If you are using the registered version, are the scrollbars not skinned anywhere?

I use the registered version of Windowblinds but I have the same problem in some skins not all.

There's a setting under WindowBlinds that let's you specify if you want scrollbars skinned or not, see if it's checked. Hope it helps

I am on windows 98. And I saw that if you want the scrollbars skins button but it would not let me use it.

Most likley you're using a very old skin that was released prior to scrollbar skinning being available for Windowblinds. Since the author wasn't able to skin the scrollbars at the time, there wouldn't be any code or graphics to so so.

What skin is giving you problems? - Check some of the dates in the skin's folder, are they pretty old?
