I have IconPackager 2.02... How do I access TweakShell?

Thanks,

I don't think TweakShell is part of Icon Packager. It's separate utility that's part of Object Desktop (at least that's how it appears in the Object Desktop Componanet Manager).

Oops. Looks like I'm wrong. TweakShell is also part of the full, registered version of IconPackager. I don't know how it's distributed as part of IconPackager, since I get it via Component Manager.

Thanks for your response. Forget about TweakShell for now, I need help with a bigger problem... Ever since I've installed IconPackager (or WindowBlinds, I'm not sure which one caused it), my icons have been displayed in 16 colors. My desktop display settings are set to True Color, and the option "Show icons using all possible colors" is checked. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both programs, and even resetting all of the settings for my user profile--and nothing's worked. My icons look really really bad now, and it's the most frustrating thing of all... Can anyone help me with this? By the way, I'm running Win 2K.

Thanks again,
Yoshi

Uncheck "Use all possible colors", Sometimes it lowers color display to 16 colors. Restart. If it doesn't help, there's a tweak at www.VirtualPlastic.net that explains how to set your color format back to 24 or 32 bit
