Windows Blinds Problems... please help.

Whenever I try to download a WindowsBlinds skin from this site, I get the same error message :

Missing Skin Data
There appears to be no .uis file in this skin. Are you sure it is a WindowsBlinds skin ?

I am very confused.. can someone please help me out ?

Use the right click and save as option then downloading. That should solve your problem
