.NET picture change?

I couldn't find anything that helped me out, so I apologize if this is redundant. I am sure it is possible to do, I just haven't figured out how. How can I change the small icon that appears on the start bar in WXP (my user icon) next to my user name? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. This site is amazing, and those whose work is here should be applauded! Thanks for you work!

Go to User Accounts in Control Panel. You can change the icon there. I think you can get there by right clicking the icon in the Start Menu too.
btw........any 50x50 .bmp will work.

Yeah, very easy: just click on your current user icon in the Start panel, it'll open a window where you can choose a different one.

And BTW, it doesn't have to be a BMP. A JPG, GIF (not animated), a PNG will also do. If it's not 50x50, it will automaticaly be resized.
