Loading the desktop

Need some help with this problem:
How does one load the customized desktop by default at startup?

I ask this because when my computer boots up, it first shows the original windows taskbar and icons and after a second or two it changes to the customized one.

Yep........Windows has to load first, otherwise, the customization software doesn't have much to customize.
