Help needed. Anyone out there?

Hi.
I have submitted a wallpaper Re10aded!!! (reloaded if you must) inspired by the Matrix. I am sure that if visitors could see it in full, they would download it, appreciate it (adni18 did). But the thumbnail doesn't do it any justice. How do I convince people to have a sneak?

Also, I'd like to know on what basis are the skins rated?

One more thing... I don't use WindowsXP. But I would like to make Logon themes. Can I do that?

Ok, first point. The thumbnails rarely do anything justice, but they can only see the full thing if they click on the thumbnail. The way you convince people to have a sneak peak is to have an interesting comment or info on the making in the comment box of the wallpaper when you submit.

Second point. It's all subjective, direct this question to Jafo or paxx and they will be able to answer in greater detail. Check this offical (but rough) set of guidelines: https://www.wincustomize.com/guidelines.asp

Third point, you don't need WinXP to create your logon themes. All you need is LogonStudio, downloadable from https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/ However, it is good to have a friend who does have WinXP install logon studio and test your logon before you submit.

Ratings are based on nothing........each person that has the ability to rate, and uses it, has no guidelines to follow. It is simply personal opinion. So... one person may rate a skin high, coz it's blue, or aqua looking, or both............another person may rate the same skin low for the same reason(s).
