Pixtudio LogonXP

Hi, everyone. I created a LogonXP (with Treetog's blessing, of course) to go with the most excellent Pixtudio theme and have uploaded it here:

I would appreciate any input/critique about it - this is my first ever creation of anything. I don't know what's up with that pink square in the screen shot, but it doesn't show up in the logon screen when used on my machine.
Pixtudio Suite is so awesome that I purchased it after seeing some of the "free" pixtudio skins. Smart idea, Treetog, you "teased" me into buying it.

Anyway, I could use the feedback on the Pixtudio LogonXP. How did I do? What would make it better? I noticed it is being downloaded a lot more than other Logons so maybe that is good news.

Let me know, so I can enhance/perfect/update, etc.

Creating the Pixtudio LogonXP was fun and imspiring. I feel like creating more stuff. I am still learning Skin Studio to create WindowBlinds/WebBlinds skins. What do I need to be able to create skins for other programs like Beatnik, ColourPad, WinAmp 3, SysMetrix, DesktopX, Windows Media Player, etc.? Maybe I need to be downloading more skins creation tools.

Does someone have a list of this stuff? I'm in a creative mood!!!

As for the pink, that's the color that is transparent when loaded on windows.

Now on to the eval: (note, I'm basing the eval off of the preview image)

* The "user name* text seems to be a bit high and floating over the top edge of the user area. The text box and button seem to be floating over the lower edge. My suggested solution is to make the user area background a bit taller.

* The "click user name to begin" text is hard to read against the striped background. I would suggest moving it to the center top location.

Otherwise, very nice.

The pink shows up in the thumbnail but does not appear when using the actual logon on your computer.

True, when viewing the thumbnail, it does seem to be a bit high and the text box and button does seem to be floating over the lower edge. However, the placement of these two items is perfect when using the actual logon on your computer (I am at 1024x768 resolution). The thumbnail does NOT due the actual logon any justice at all. I will work on all of your suggestions and re-upload soon.

Again, thank you for the input. This is my FIRST attempt at skinning anything and I learn from people like you.
