Help Finding this Windowblinds GUI

If anyone could help me locate this GUI, I had it downloaded, but it got deleted, and I wasn't able to locate it again, any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

It does look good, but I don't remember seeing that particular skin in any of my travels.... Sorry.
